Do you ever wonder why you are experiencing a gall bladder attack? There are two factors that cause pain in the gall bladder and these are gallstones and gall bladder disease, by which gallstones form when there is insufficient amount of bile salts that help completely break down fats and cholesterols and because they solidify, they tend to block the bile ducts which explains the pain you feel; while gall bladder disease means any conditions related to the gall bladder thought they may or may not be caused by gallstones but still they are able to produce the same symptoms. It is common for you to feel the following symptoms when there are attacks on your gall bladder:
-pain
-yellowing of skin and eyes/jaundice
-fever
-diarrhea
-nausea
-bloating
-vomiting
-feeling of indigestion
These symptoms of attacks are mostly felt by women, diabetic people, obese people, heredity reasons, unhealthy diet, pregnant women, and old people, but if you want to avoid the pain and discomfort produced by these attacks on your gall bladder, then do not take your gall bladder for granted and do something that can prevent cases like these to occur. Obese people are said to be more at risk for these attacks because they have a lot of fats inside them so to keep yourself free from these attacks and help your gall bladder, you should maintain a proper weight or you should lose weight. A gallbladder attack can also be prevented by having a healthy diet and a healthy diet for your gall bladder means avoiding fatty foods like fried foods and cholesterol rich foods and it also help when you exercise to burn fats so your gall bladder will have the support it needs to eradicate fats and toxins out of your body and so that there would be no cases of insufficient bile that causes gallstones to form inside your body.
